    Great place to work , staff was very professional

    Cons

    Close for the winter months.

    Advice to Management

    try to keep the staff , so there isn't so much turnover...

    Pros

    Steady work, great co-workers, work outdoors, fun enviorment, golf privlidges. ok benefits

    Cons

    poor managment, extremely long hot hours, limited time off, poor pay, weekends/holidays a must, no room for advancment.

    Advice to Management

    Pay people and listen to employee sugestions.

    Pros

    -great pay (typically $120/day cash) -summer, lots of play = more money in your pocket -flexible...come in whenever you want -great place to meet successful hardworking people (help with getting a better job)

    Cons

    -hard to consistently get out until you've established yourself as a caddie that will be there everyday -zero benefits whatsoever

    Advice to Management

    -keep caddies as mandatory for players
