Pros – Good Culture, great for freshers as there is not micro-management, nice office and facilities

Cons – Low salary as per levels, and less chances of promotion

Advice to Senior Management – Pls upgrade the salary as per need and performance, motivate your employee to work for you, never treat them like stranger when they put the papers, have a one to one session to understand their concerns instead.

Pros – Top management is easily approachable. Friendly work culture.

Cons – No cab facility for night shift. No Food facility available on Saturday and Sunday and in night shift.
