    Pros

You can wear pjs to work

    Cons

Sitting down all day. Long hours. 2 breaks, 1 hour lunch. If busy, 30 minutes only

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Paint the walls a different color. Everything is gray and boring, just like the job.

    I worked at Urban Outfitters

    Pros

Out of the box approach to managing the business. Money is spent on the customer (e.g. product, in store atmosphere and talented employees). Extremely engaging and motivating place to work.

    Cons

Passion for business can create a family circus of decision making and inefficient day to day business management. Money is spent to recruit executive level talent, but base entry level salaries are very low.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Raise entry level salaries, promote from within, and strengthen e-commerce business.
