    It's not a job it's a lifestyle.

Manager (Current Employee) Los Angeles, CA

ProsThis company is committed to transforming an industry and they believe and live their values. It is a great environment and the people are awesome with a company vision that aligns with my personal purpose. As a start up there is the opportunity to learn new things and work in several areas. The culture of the company is well thought out and an essential branding element of the company. Few companies understand this at this stage. This is a cutting edge, trendsetting company that will alter not only their industry but I predict the business culture in this new economy. The teamwork here is unbelieveable. the dedication to excellence, the attitude to accomplish to win and the commitment to each individual goes far beyond basic respect and loyalty. There is no fear of making a mistake or speaking what is on your mind to anyone. This is where love lives. TOur human capital tagline is "It's not a job it's a lifestyle". This says it all. It is the place to be.

ConsIt is a start up so all that goes with that is here. There is clear understanding how to build a company and because we are small right now there are limited opportunities for advancement but that will come as success comes.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep the open communication going, keep the transparency in decision making alive. Continue to drive feedback and keep the employees number 1 and fully engaged in the process. Stay the course and don't compromise on your values. This is so needed in our world today and it will be a fight but well worth the battle scars to win the war. Trailblazing is never easy but the victory is so worthwhile.

It is the place to be for changing cultures and living the lifestyle.

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsThis is an unusual company. It is a start up but extremely well thought through. This is a company that has clear values and lives them daily. This company is committed to making a shift in the entertainment and media industry for the good. We are doing - not just saying it. The opportunities for growth are unlimited. There is a strong management team and people who care about people first.

As with most startups you got to stay the course. There are many large waves but this is one ship that will be making headlines both in the industry as well as in business in general very soon. It is nice to be part of a revolution and evolution at the same time.

This company listens intently to the voices of the employees and the communication is amazing. It is open and receptive. Mistakes are encouraged and growth follows. Great company for self -growth.
Huge opportunity to learn what enterpreneurship really is and what it takes and the strategy it takes to win. Better than any book or professor.

ConsIf you arelooking for lots of structure this is not for you. If you can not multi-task, see and hold a vision and be flexible you will drown. Open communication is important no time for withholding. Not a lot of time for hand holding. Got to be able to think on your feet. Things move very fast.

Must understand a start up environment and bewlling to take on many things outside your job description.

There are high expectations and no one settles for anything less than excellence. Complete projects are not complete unless it meet the high expectations also.

Advice to Senior ManagementTransfering your values to each person who comes into the company is what I see as your greatest challenge. Ensuring yourleaders will mentor and coach their staff as it is done now is essential to the culture's success. That is what makes it a lifestyle not a job.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
