“Great products, great money, only miscommunication between sales reps - management - and the corporate office at times.”
I worked at User Friendly Phonebook
Pros – Can make great money
Great paid training program
Great products to sell
Great employee benefits (medical, 401K, etc)
Great paid time off
Cons – Miscommunication between management and sales representatives (the "I am a manager and I can do no wrong" attitude)
Intense Micro-management (lots of negative feedback-virtually no positive feedback)
No compensation for mileage, phone, etc.
Advice to Senior Management – Thoroughly communicate with management about changes to policy
Management should not hand out their previous accounts to reps that they know will "drop"
More congrats when sales reps are performing well
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

Pros – freedom of schedule freedom from mgmt
Cons – inept management lack of technology inferior product
Advice to Senior Management – Get rid of middle mgmt
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
