I worked at Usha International Limited as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Unfortunately I cannot think of many pros, except for my guide during the internship. He had a lot of knowledge, but that couldn't be seen in other professionals in the organization.

    Cons

This is a very laid back, and hierarchically structured organization. Does not have the "open-door" culture that can be seen in other global organizations.
