I have been working at Utah State University full-time

    Pros

Cache Valley is a great place to live, and skiing up the canyon is awesome. Some of my best friends have come from my time working at USU; and some of my worst experiences.

    Cons

As with many non-premier universities, Utah State is attempting to play in the "big leagues" but does not have sufficient talent to reach their objectives.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus on your strengths and don't overreach by attempting to become a major research university.
