Former Employee – worked at V.I.P Car Wash & Detail

Pros – Very tight-knit communtiy of co-workers. Everyone who works there seems to have some interest in cars. Employees are all very friendly and helpful. Management is awesome as they actually listen to their employees. Overall it's a relaxed, open work enviornment. If you can't get a job working at a pool this summer, the mist of the power washer hosing down a car is definitely a good alternative. Plus tips!

Cons – Often times very busy in summer. Bugs on front bumpers are a pain in the butt. The amount of work that goes into fully detailing a car sometimes isn't equal to the compensation provided.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep doing what your doing. Definitely building a local following.
