I worked at V-Soft Consulting Group full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

V-Soft will put on a good show with company outings, team-building activities, and a decent office culture. They have won numerous awards and the experience will look good on your resume to someone on the outside.

    Cons

Management is blind to the overall well-being and happiness of its employees. If there is a problem, it will be ignored until people stop complaining about it. They refuse to spend money on resources that any real staffing firm would provide its employees without question. The "leadership team" is greedy and will squeeze every cent out of employees without giving back. Compared to competitors, pay at V-Soft is very low. Opportunity for advancement is absent. You may get a new title but very rarely are employees actually promoted. There is a lot of potential with the support of an offshore recruiting team, but more often than not, some sort of breakdown in communication between U.S. and India teams leads to unsatisfied candidates, clients, and employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

For the most part, senior management is clueless. Hire someone who knows the industry and can adapt to modern business instead of trying to apply outdated sales methods and cookie-cutter training. Remember that your employees are the reason for all your success and awards.

    Pros

Payments are Bi-weekly and on time. employee friendly firm! better that the best.

    Cons

V-soft as a company has a value and brand in the market already. Higher management always encourages the talent.

I worked at V-Soft Consulting Group full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Some hard-working people making things happen with almost nothing for support. V-Soft is the prime example of a company taking every single penny out of operations in the name of corporate profit.

    Cons

Lots of talk about Quality, Process and Service but ultimately, the "throw it against the wall and see if it'll stick" mentality wins-out. No client loyalty at all.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Your employees should be valued with good benefits and your support. Bring in a management team that has a clue about recruiting and not some two-bit insurance salespeople from the 1970s.

I worked at V-Soft Consulting Group full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

The good things were the people i worked with and the salary.

    Cons

The bad things are that the mind set is that they do things a certain way (right or wrong) and that that way fits all customers. It is a difficult industry and this company will not do the things needed to be successful. Being honest with the company history to clients and then fixing the processes where needed is not going to happen, so I see no growth opportunities.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Bring in business professionals and fix the communication and process breakdowns.

I had the opportunity to work with a great team who are very experienced in staffing. They really want to help people succeed. They have a great work-life balance and are aware that people have families and other responsibilities.

    Cons

I worked at V-Soft Consulting Group full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

The firm has pretty good start-up training for employees and it goes as as long as almost one year on the floor.

    Cons

There aren't really much challenges that I really felt in the firm but at times some onsite and offsite variation in opinion may occur.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Thanks for the great working atmosphere but I guess the Senior management should work directly with Freshers and get first hand feedback at skip level.

I worked at V-Soft Consulting Group

    Pros

Well, you get to meet many new people. In 7 months over 15 people at the corporate office came and went. If you are a fresh graduate with no experience, you can gain some here. But, don't look for any training or being given the tools you need to be successful.

    Cons

    Mismanagement.
Lack of communication. Perhaps C level people have a business plan/strategy, but it is never shared beyond those 3-4 people.
Lack of short-term and long-term vision.
    Lack of trust.
    Office drama.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

No advice since they wear blinders.
