I have been working at V.ships USA as a contractor (More than 10 years)

    Pros

its one of the worlds largest company so lots of ships and less waiting period , good salaries and always on time, lots of facilities available on board for there employs , and this company is known for having best policies for the benefit of there employs....

    Cons

most of the ships are old so lots of work for engineers , rest we can not grumble about the problems like hard life onboard and no social life etc . because this is a reality of merchant navy and are same in any company of the world ... " but in return good compensation for going through hard time"
