    A pretty good job

    Supervisor (Former Employee)
    Miami, FL

ProsA ton of awesome people working there. A rapidly growing company..

Conscustomers can become a bit annoying sometimes.

Advice to Senior ManagementDon't fire people who work hard and love their job, fire the one's who do not actual perform the job task to company standards.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Good product, Terrible Company, Zero Organization and Management

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)
    Miami, FL

ProsPleasant work environment, friendly and laid back.
    Strong and steady company growth.
    Great products.

ConsLack of direction from management and / or conflicting directives.
    Poor communication across departments.
Non-existent sense of direction regarding projects or assignments.
Lack of professionalism from management makes it difficult to get the job done.
No possibilities for growth with low salaries yet long work hours required.
Rivalry between top management / owners creates tensions across departments.
High employee turnover, little job security.

Advice to Senior ManagementWork on the company structure and define job requirements and descriptions more adequately.
Use employees skills to their fullest and think about specialization.
Top management should leave attitude and personal problems at home.
Give more responsibilities to middle management to create a more productive and homogenous work environment.

untrustworthy, poor management/hiring standards, don't work here if middle-aged or don't mind manager under 30

    Web Developer (Former Employee)
    Miami, FL

Proscausal workplace, hours, nice location, midtown miami artsy, xbox, entertainment center, and live music venue on occasion

Conscrude co-workers, young management, poor project management, mismanagement and misallocation of employee skill sets (programmers doing graphic design with other designers available),

Advice to Senior Managementtake sensitivity skills training when dealing with employees in professional manner, shore up hiring standards and more competent employee performance reviews, don't worry about muffling your cocked gun as your employees come and go, the ceo shouldn't ask employees what they are doing to make him money unless he is prepared to discuss with them how to do that or what to do, and in this case if it's blogs you are better off chumming the pony at another establishment rather than building blogs to no end, i mean i am a seasoned programmer having studied business at the mba level and give them a no-confidence on some fur-flung business ideas they have directly leading to my dissatisfaction with the company. i mean online advertising through social networking is fad that will soon pass like the market boom of the internet companies, maintain a professional demeanor when speaking in front of employees, no one likes working for `Kaptain Krude`! the lunacy of these kinds of considerations are like my last conversation there where the graphics software paint pro was under bequest while paint net was delivered what this analogically about their demeanor is left to interpretation of both runny-nosed youngsters painted as pros or fly by night business schemes painting the `net

Poor transition from startup to industry giant. COmpany has an outstanding position in industry.

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsRapid growth company with a big future. Initially placed high value on work contribution.

ConsPoor organizational communication. Excessive organizational politics and nepotism. Organizational culture weak at best, punitive at worst.

Advice to Senior ManagementShare the company's success and fruitfulness with key team-members. Communicate to the entire organization about plans, goals, strategies, and tactics. Professionalize. Keep your heads in the business.
