I have been working at VF full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

VF is a stable company with large presents across multiple location in US, EMEa and Asia, and it looks like people do get promoted from with in the company across locations and brands

    Cons

Very slow to get things done - all supporting services like the IT department and legal are very slow, not service oriented and old fashioned

    Advice to Management

Invest more in new technology, and don't try to be as lean as possible on very aspect or the business will pay the price

    Pros

Made a contact that helped me get my current job. Nothing good to say about the company itself.

    Cons

Treats management and hourly staff horribly. Very disorganized and no structure. I had to write their night shift jury duty policy for them and I had nothing to do with HR.
