    My experience was limited.

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsIt was small and collegial. The managers were very flexible. The hours were alright, but not entirely ideal. The location was nice.

ConsThere was no real room for growth. More people left or were let go than were ever promoted. Management seemed to care more about profits.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep hiring young talent, but only if you plan on helping them grow in their career. Try setting up career tracks.
