    Pros

Great group of people. Very friendly atmosphere that promotes upward mobility and opportunities. Very solid/stable company.

    Cons

Knowledge sharing is an issue. A wealth of resources are available but only privid to a select few.

    Advice to Management

Share insights with employees in other departments as the designated experts in the company can still field input from other employees/depts.

    Pros

Prestige of a Fortune 500 Corporation. Competitive compensation package.

    Cons

The company is Finance-driven and very lean, often at the expense of long-term business building. Many employees work in silos and aren't happy to step out of their 9-5 routine to support other colleagues. Staying on the right side of office/company politics is generally more appreciated by senior management than providing true value to customers. There is quite some distance between what is preached at the very top and what happens a few levels below.

    Advice to Management

Reflect: is "penny wise, pound foolish" is good business strategy? Beware the manager who take harsh revenge on employees who provide honest feedback (the bad as well as the good) in company-wide employee surveys. Do a better job to make sure that local management is really "walking the talk" instead of faking the leadership show.

Great People, good work ethics, room to grow. Company offers variety of roles and a lot of room to explore other jobs within the same company.

    Cons

Compensation can be better, not a very big company so this might be a little difficult to get noticed if looking for work outside.

    Advice to Management

Better pay, more robust training, whenever possible one on one sessions.
