    Pros

Vforce places people in the right fields and the perfect environment to match the employees skills. They care about their people and constantly stay in touch to see how things are going. They also get to know their employees on a personal level which is truly amazing. You are put an environment that facilitates growth and gives a very apparent career path you can take. If you care about your job and perform at or above standards you are recognized with salary increases and awards. You have a manager who is in direct contact with you and always there for any questions you may have.

    Cons

    None that I can think.

    I worked at VForce

    Pros

Ability to work from home. No commute or expenses for special clothing and no office politics. Work requires very little weekend and evening hours.

    Cons

Very minimal benefits that include a basic AAA membership for only the employee and a few days off per year that are paid.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Find a benefits company that can provide more for the employee such as medical, dental, classes to improve skills and other benefits. Use a group chat to answer questions since employees are remote.
