    Pros

Exciting work within professional, multicultural teams. All kinds of jobsites location, usually expatriation in interesting countries. The management chain is dedicated and generally intent on personal growth. Excellent autonomy for project managers and their teams. Accepting to move every few years is a bit of a life choice, it can be very rewarding.

    Cons

Everything depends on which deals get signed and where, which makes it difficult to anticipate your next location. That can be difficult to handle over the long term.

    Recommends

I worked at VINCI Construction as a contractor (less than a year)

    Pros

VINCI construction have a friendly and flexible office culture. Their on-site offices have excellent facilities and staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely work here again given the opportunity.

    Cons

No longer term positions available, sluggish response times and problem solving from the IT department. Lack of integration between IT systems of other corporations working in the same office along side them.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make the IT department more accountable for service requests, and enable live request tracking for all internal requests regardless of type and source. Develop a quick and simple way to integrate IT solutions across corporate partners and their staff for any project.
