ProsI couldn't have got a better organization that values quality and client satisfaction. VIVA's focus on ISO and CMMI helped me with quality aspects of the industry. The coworkers are nice and helped me grow. Access to top management was never an issue and they were always there when I needed their support

ProsGain some technical skills, Get an idea of the types of positions in the market.

ConsNo structure, no training, no respect. The manager yells all day. Negative environment. no Work/life balance. Sweat shop.

Advice to Senior ManagementTreat employees with respect. Motivate your team instead of talking down to them and threatening to fire them.
