    Pros

    Good benefit, work place.
    Many training that fit your position well.
    Personal growth is OK.

    Cons

    Some times grow too fast and the existing culture were not maintained well.
    They like junior managers more than senior engineers. If you are going to be in engineering discipline, you can never match the ones go managing.

    1. Promotion is not equal among engineers, the older the better !!! ........
    2. Salary is not competitive compare with national internet companies, so could not hire the most excellent people. Many engineer are leaving .

    Pros

    Very nice people in the vmkernel-networking team. I feel much improved in the knowledge. The working time is flexible.

    Cons

    Considering the very high living cost and very low living quality, the salary is relatively low.

    1. The management system are under building, it's not very good to come here as your first jog.
