    time working is flexible, fun environment
    product environment then you will learn something helpfull

    when you working at there for a long time, you will few boring, because not to much new things to work

    Pros

    Very cool company with many smart and enthusiasm employees. They are very young, eager to learn and conquer challenges. They have very clear policies regarding compensation and personal growth which allows you to do the best thing you can at the company.

    Cons

    Sometimes the compensation might not be satisfied, especially when you compare with foreign companies in Vietnam.

    good Career path, good environment for personal training

    Nice culture, nice bosses, good personal growth

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Some upper manager lack of business domain, the employee using strategic is not good enough, tobe clear, they should not hire too much collaborator for important position like software engineer or system engineer, should pay more for hiring staff with high education.

    Pros

    From my point of view, working at VNG, you have a chance to work with many passionate, smart Vietnamese people, to build products serving million users.

    Cons

    Like most of companies, if you work on a team without a good manager or clear direction, you might be lost. Your career ladder seems to be fuzzy.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    General management is good, most manager are very skillful in their field but I felt that they're too busy with their need-to-be-done jobs, and have no time for other factors such as team building, sharing vision...

    Pros

    Leadership team is open and forward-thinking. Little bureaucracy for a 2000+ employee company and employees are encouraged to innovated and take initiative. Good benefits and team building opportunities, strong focus on personnel-training, development, and teamwork

    Cons

    sometimes it can be a hassle to get things done unless you contact top leadership directly. Does not get rid of excess employees whose functions are already redundant
