Beware - Highly unethical and unprofessional company !!!

    Senior Lead Engineer (Former Employee)
    Gurgaon, Haryana (India)

ProsGood work, great sense for creating complete end to end products from India

    ConsOffice culture - very bad.
+ Top management would stand at gate after 10:00 am to check who all are coming late.
+ Top management would not listen to your side of story - he thinks he is always right
+ If Top management doesn't like something - might ask any employee to go at short notice.
+ No one in the company has guts to question senior's decision
+ Lot of politics - results in regular change of top management.
+ Treats people differently - If you are close to top management - they will provide you full salary. For people who are not close will get 50% salary. % of salary also depends on your group (hw/sw/scm/manufacturing) - each group gets different salary %.
+ Forget Performance Linked Incentive - has not given PLI for last 3 yrs.
+ Salary increases are abrupt and are generally given only when you resign.

    Very Unethical
+ Won't pay salary on time. At this time most employees have 3-6 months of pending salary
+ Won't do Full and Final of employees. At the time of leaving, most employees will loose 2-3 months salary
+ Won't pay to vendors on time. Almost all vendors - SCM (hardware), pantry, building lease, security, cabs etc. have huge outstanding dues and stop services at any time. Once there were no cabs to go back as cab owner stopped providing services & there were times when no coffee or tea was available in pantry.

Training: No training during my stay

Work-life balance: You will get call at any time of day/night or any day of week.

Advice to Senior ManagementSell company and exit this business. You don't have any expertise in handling

Starting was very good and latter exp. is very very bad

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)
    Gurgaon, Haryana (India)

ProsGood company for learning the technology. Company does not cares about the value of the employees.
Only persons who are working in R&D are the real employees of the company and rest are donkeys, these words are being shared by one of the most Sr. person of the company.

ConsNo motivation is given to the employees only persons who knows how to do the buttering with the management they can only survive in this company. Employees are not being paid salary from last Nov'13 and few employees of the company are getting salary regularly. People who left the company are being not paid their outstanding amount which are pending beyond 3 years.

Advice to Senior ManagementIf Company want to rise high in the market it should stop doing the above mentioned things and clear all the issues, otherwise the future of the company is in dark
