    Pros

great middle management and lots of room to develop and hone skills as an entry level manager

    Cons

It's parking.... winters are cold. Working outside can be a daunting task in New England. I suppose it beats a desk job?

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Current Employee - Shift Manager in Boston, MA

    Pros

It starts off seeming like a company that is concerned and that you are part of a small family that cares about you and your limitless ability to advance.

    Cons

The reality is that there are none of the classes and opportunities to learn more about the company that were promised. the main office seems too busy and that they will never catch up long enough to even offer them. There was one manager who taught classes in the hotels and he was really good but they fired him. I wish he was still here, he really cared about our helping us get to the next level.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop making promises about caring about us when there is no evidence that the company really does. Tickets to a soccer game are nice, but forgetting about our contribution the rest of the year and not spending time with us like Frank did is not good for morale.

    Pros

They support your professional development from day 1! They offer great benefits, including tuition reimbursement and performance bonuses. If you perform well they will promote you rather quickly. The staff is very supportive of each other and make the work environment fun, positive, and rewarding!

    Cons

Access to more professional development programs.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

We would benefit from more professional development classes. ESL was a great recent introduction! Please keep more coming!

Less criticism and more motivation could provide a better incentive to the employees to work hard and thrive. Better work/life balance is needed to attract more females to the company. We have very few.
