I worked at VSoft Corp full-time for more than a year

Pros – It was a nice experience to work with VSoft. They provide you opportunities to learn and grow.

Cons – Few people who are old in the system have the monopoly and they always try to keep their knowledge with them only.

Advice to Senior Management – There are few people in the company who does nothing and they only concentrate on the leg pulling of others who are working. Management should identify those and should show them the next door.

There are few people who does nothing the whole day. They just come and have gossips with female colleagues and they always look to please their managers. Management should look in this matter also.

Cons – Senior Management has no clue how to manage a company, horrible about making payroll and paying vendors on time.

Advice to Senior Management – Sell the company to someone with business acumen

Pros – Good place to work, love to go back. It's like a government Job! He He
Hike in every six months.
You don't come to office for 10 days with out intimation and no action is taken against you but you should play key role in the project the it will work!

Cons – Only few people will work in the team! rest will enjoy and take credit of it.
Management has has to follow 4 eye process. Many people are here from long time so new folks are given least importance and some times not even bothered about them.

Advice to Senior Management – Support from IT and Finance is worst !
Management has to conduct the surveys which will help in knowing the unknown.
Never consider seniority at the time of appraisals, please recognize the hard/smart workers !
