Good people and environment, limited salary and advancement

Data Analyst (Former Employee) Radnor, PA

ProsBeautiful headquarters, a lot of great, fair coworkers and middle managers, ability to sometimes work from home (at managers' discretion), not as high pressure as some environments.

ConsLowball salaries, low to nonexistent raises, frequent hiring freezes, difficult to move up unless you're great at networking. Even if you move up, HR policies often prevent you from getting the salary bump you would expect. Frequent restructuring makes you often scared for your job.

Advice to Senior ManagementWork to retain talent. Incentivize them to stay and make them feel safe.

    Great place to work.... mostly

    Sales Specialist (Current Employee)

ProsCompany really values employees as people, not just workers. They also believe in promoting from within the ranks. Good opportunity for people who work hard. Most of the Sales Managers I have worked with throughout my 8+ years are really great coaches, great people.

ConsCompensation for sales reps blows. Base salary in the 30's and 40's... are you kidding me? Also, the Senior management team seems deflated. Annual meeting message was kinda like "meh, we had a tough year. meh, we could get sold. meh, probably not. oh and go team!" Very lackluster

Advice to Senior ManagementPAY BETTER... we might keep some of our reps this way. Also, drink some of your own kool-aid...man, you guys were flat during ASC.

Advice to Senior ManagementThere is a need for more product training.
