Pros

large global company - great customers - good salary - stable customer base - VWR has offices across the globe and is looking to expand more globally - owner ship is much better under MDP than with CD and R - canadian gm is doing a great job creating positive moral and great place to work - new phone system will allow VWR to better deal with all our customers quickly and consistantly - world class delivery

Cons

flat organization in canada (which is good easy to get things done, and bad for horizontal or promotion opportunities) - lots of competiotn with Fisher, Caledon, Anachemia

Advice to Senior Management

bring on new exciting vendors - people make the difference, always treat them as such
