    Pros

Friendly group of people. Concerned for satisfaction of placement and personal growth. Always prompt in response to needs/issues. Felt like being part of the family.

    Cons

Health Insurance options were poor and cost prohibitive. Company was not able to convert contract position to full time as expected.

    Advice to Management

Be more willing to look outside the box for candidates. Appreciate the vacation week perk after meeting hours worked requirement. It is an excellent incentive.

    Pros

They were able to get employees turned into vendor contract workers with no end date. They provide paid holidays. About once a quarter we do fun team outings.

    Cons

No vacation pays or paid time off.

    Pros

Corporate culture is strong, but does not translate down to all the offices. Knowledgeable, passionate people across the company. Average benefits with little overhead cost.

    Cons

Disorganized middle management and contentious workplace. Very much a Locker Room atmosphere on most days. Individual offices take on the personality of that manager, for good or ill. Lack of candid communication and behavior that bordered on unethical at points. High turnover rate inside local branch during my tenure.

    Advice to Management

Conduct thorough exit interviews and consider how improvements can be made. Listen to employees when concerns are voiced.

    Pros

Once a month, they invite you to attend lectures given by professionals in your area where you can get to know more about the job market and new training courses

    Cons

Since it was a temporal assignment of 8 weeks, I can't think of any cons.

    Pros

Team culture entrepreneurial startup with corporate resources. Management relies on real data to make decisions. Open communication. Customer Acquisition is everything.

    Cons

Hard to move up in company. Google will almost never hire you. Short term. Contract waives all rights as employee, strictly contract position.

    Advice to Management

    Better reward structure for performance.
