Pros
Trainings are given when it is needed.
There are a lot of Opportunities (each 3 years)
5 Axis bring a Strong methodology that can't be found elsewhere.
Cons
Working days are most of the time 10h long
Managers are, for most of them, not very competents
Group strategy changes and is not clear.
Too much reporting
Advice to Senior Management
Simplify really (not only saying it) the reporting.
Check management competency
Communicate internally on group strategy
