    They need a new GM

    ProsValley Hospitality will let you advance as much as you want to.

    ConsSometimes people dont know when they are in over their heads. So new people are able to take on a lot and in doing so burn out quickly.

    Advice to Senior ManagementThe GM at the Marriott needs to walk the talk. You sent me to servant leadership and you talk a good game but you need to know how to apply servant leadership. Asking me a personal question that everyone else knows the answer to and I have worked for you for five years, shows that you do not care about your employees. Advice for Valley Hospitality - you are getting the reputation of burning people up. I have seen a lot of good, creative people not being able to last past a year.
