    Pros

Good work ethic and dedication are rewarded, if but a bit slowly, over time.

    Cons

Wish there were better on-going communication at times.

    Advice to Management

Feel a bit detached from Executive Management. Perhaps a way to pull more employees into conference calls, updates, etc.

    Pros

Stability is the main stay at the bank so it makes it a safe and functional place to work.

    Cons

The bank is extremely conservative with incremental growth and advancement opportunities. It a good place to wrap up a career but maybe not to create one.

    Advice to Management

Assessment of department functionalities should occur on a regular basis and involve line managers who understand the granular day to day requiremenrss.
