    Pros

Corporate mission is encompassed by the entire staff who are all focused on keeping VWHS a successful community health care center.
Employee expectations based on behavioral standards created by the entire staff.

    Cons

VWHS has had the same senior management for 20 - 30 years, which does not allow for significant growth and change. Recent management changes give promise to corporate growth and improvement.

    Advice to Management

Continue with plans to find new leadership that will update and and modernize the company.

  2. Didn't care for the company overall as a whole. Management just didn't have all of their ducks in a row.

    Neutral Outlook

    Pros

Flexible schedule, unlimited opportunity for advancement

    Cons

Management was not the best, could never get someone to actually sit down and talk with you, they really don't care about their employee's at all.
