I have been working at ValleyCare Health System full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    easy to get life/work balance

    Cons

No pay increases. Management play the favoritism game. Very prejudicial in how they handle peer conflict. If you don't use their physicians for your health care you are treated differently when you need to go to Occupational Health. They don't have a problem with humiliating you such as sending your email of a concern to your whole department for all to read. Managers do this ! Very unprofessional ! That sets you up to be retaliated against.

    Doesn't Recommend
