    Pros

An an engineer, interesting projects/challenges, open to implement new technologies and research. Great budget for the latest server technology and hardware.

    Cons

Disjointed execution and management of business units. Headquartered in the LA area with all the best efforts and resources being devoted to LA based groups/business unuts make it difficult to compete in the Bay Area with all the competition that is based here and focused here. Capricious leadership, this is not a company that welcomes an open forum and has a closed-door attitude.

    Advice to Management

To compete in the Bay Area, upper management needs leadership and focus for business units in the Bay Area, especially on the technical and engineering front. The recruiting effort is based in LA and may work there but is inadequate to compete for engineers in the Bay Area.
