ProsYou will always get your 40 hours, unless you get laid off of course.

ConsSupervisors talk about you behind your back, it is not a job for people with children as you get attendance points for everything, and by no way possible do you want to be a temorary employee as they work you like crazy but you get no benefits.

Advice to Senior ManagementRe-think the people you have as your managers as they do everything they ask customer service reps not to do. Also, get rid of the attendance points and i'd imagine you might get people to actually stay with your company instead of spending the money to re-train new people. Some people have children, and getting points for a daycare forgetting to tell you that they ran out of formula for your child is not the employees fault nor should they get a point for it. Things happen that can be out of your control but at this job it doesn't matter, you are always wrong regardless. And there is also no room for advancement at all.

ProsIt is a good company, but going through growing pains.

Consbackstabbing of leads, and management. Attrition is is a huge problem. Poor mentoring. Doing more with less. Not being able to hire and retrain good employees. Management seems to overlook how overworked and stressed their people are.

Advice to Senior ManagementMore communication is not necessarily better. Give us the truth, and we may understand, but the more runaround you give on the decisions you make, the worse it will be to retaining employees that could very well leave for other pursuits.
