Decent company that is positioned to do great things.

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Yardley, PA

ProsThere is little micro-management, if any. Most of the people are very intelligent and do good work. The company has some interesting technology patents and has a lot of potential for future growth. Hard work is recognized and often rewarded.

ConsThe environment isn't structured enough for some people - they need more hand-holding than the company expects, and that could be frustrating to watch. Some expectations can be set too high, and the company does not offer Cost Of Living Adjustment pay increases (they do performance raises, annual bonuses, and promotions - however, it is not given to everyone or guaranteed to anyone - you have to earn it, which isn't always bad, but can be frustrating at times). Also, communication is not always clear from management in terms of current events and expectations. Finally, the CEO has a great vision for the company, but some of the high-level management is not well-aligned - this can cause frustration at times.

Advice to Senior ManagementThere should be more accountability with managers for employee retention and performance.

    No chance at success

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsGreat idea behind the technology, though no one seems too concerned with developing it further

ConsMismanagement, distrust of employees, micro management from the top (weekly activity reports, attendance checks), no one seemed to have a clue, terrible commission setup, awful benefits with no company contribution

Advice to Senior ManagementFind someone with passion to run the organization, show employees you care even slightly by helping with insurance benefits, 401k, etc.

    No Raises

Customer Support Representative (Current Employee) Yardley, PA

ProsIt's a decent job with decent coworkers. Not bad hours. Flexibility. As long as you can take the initiative, setting up a good team is not very difficult to do.

ConsThe company does not give any raises, nor any bonuses, and they are very shady about promotions or opportunities within their own company. Want to move up? Better find a new job at a new company.

Advice to Senior ManagementRAISES. PROMOTIONS. OPPORTUNITIES.

lack of management or purpose, everyone seemed more eager about leaving company than staying and building a career

    Intern (Former Employee) Newtown, PA

ProsCompany concept is engaging and morally rewarding, and certain aspects can bring employee sense of pride in this new age education system

Consbit of a disparity between company contributors and bottom shelf. clear divide between those that will make the money and a difference and those that are easily expendable, and company makes no attempt to blur or encourage these tiers to interact. Overall, employees seem pretty unenthused about work

Advice to Senior Managementmore structure and training for new employees, with orientation of systems and detailed technology program. Have more dialogue between all functionalities in firm, so they can cohesively work together ran that perform in silos.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
