I have been working at Vantage West Credit union full-time for less than a year
Pros – • Conceptualized, developed, and coordinated a new company-wide procedure and policy manual
• Assisted in innovating and designing an internal employee website
• Vertically integrated a mail merger of over 1,500 candidates
Cons – Smaller employer (less than 500 employees) makes it hard to advance quickly. Being only based in Southern Arizona, there is no chance for relocation. Lastly, Tucson is not the most ideal location to start a career
Advice to Senior Management – Keep trying to hire within. There is great potential within that credit union.

I worked at Vantage West Credit union as an intern for less than a year
Pros – Great people to work with. Strong values of community and serving members
Cons – Limited opportunities to advance in the company because the org structure is pretty flat. Sometimes management was slow to provide feedback or additional job tasks.
Advice to Senior Management – Provide a department specific vision of what you want to accomplish in the next 6-24 months.

I worked at Vantage West Credit union
Pros – Good to work for if you don't really care about professional growth and career advancement. Would be suitable for a housewife coming to the job market. Above average benefits.
Cons – Same as the Pros. If you want to grow as a professional better look somewhere else. Too much micromanagement in some departments.
Advice to Senior Management – None
