    It was wonderful!

    Camp Manager (Former Employee)
    Memphis, TN

ProsBy far the best way to get work experience during the summer. Everyone is friendly, upper management is easily approachable, and you truly make a difference for the campers.

ConsThe only con would be if you were trying to use this as a full time career. The pay would be low compared to other full time jobs.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Loved it.

    Instructor (Former Employee)
    Memphis, TN

ProsGreat summer job for spirit squad (dance, cheer, mascot) in college, cool travel opportunities.

ConsThere are not many cons ... the one things I would say is that it might be hard to get camps and events if you have other things in your schedule. May limit income opportunities.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep it up.

    A stepping stone.

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)
    Memphis, TN

ProsUpbeat work environment. Staff is fantastic, and products are high quality. Lots of holidays! Opportunity to travel during competition season.

ConsDisconnect in information sharing. Product is often late or unavailable. Training is minimal, leading to confusion in new reps and support staff. Benefits somewhat lacking. Jobs are not posted internally... Opportunities for development are minimal

Advice to Senior ManagementPlease be more forthcoming with information to internal staff and reps. Upgrade the antiquated computer systems! Allow more employee feedback and ideas!

ProsGet to work with great people who have a passion for life and of course cheerleading! Truly a lovely group of smart and dedicated employees.

ConsSome of the events require a lot of hours and time, which can be draining. Have to stay upbeat and positive, so working for this company may not suit everyone.

Advice to Senior ManagementContinue to keep up with product trends and stay ahead of the curve on branding. Get involved in local communities and continue to provide a positive work environment.

ProsFlexible hours, home office, control over your schedule and fun to meet clients directly. Good managment team with great personalities.

ConsVery small marketing budget and late deliveries were issues that couldn't seem to get a handle on. At times a disconnect b/t operations and sales.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe more accountable to the rep staff. Needed to bring in more products to compete in this highly competitive market.
