    I have been working at Vecima Networks full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    Good and pleasant work environment.
    Colleagues are generally friendly.
     Staff is allowed to dress less formally.Proper guidance and support from the seniors.
    Able to work for 1 to 2 Years.
    Life balance

    Cons

    There will be not much career growth in the software development.company location in situated in a remote place like hardware factory.No professional growth and career Improvement for more than 1 Year.
    No Additional Benefits
    Not much Bonus and increments

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    As a Software Development center in India it is better to shift from Remote Location to the inside city and arranging canteen facilities will benefit the employees

    Growing at a slow pace. Overall the projects are good and it was a good experience working there.

    Work hour flexability, free coffee, tea, tissues and bottled water.

    Cons

    Your job is very uncertain, you worry every day. Favoritism is very big there, if you are freinds with the right people.

    I worked at Vecima Networks

    Pros

    Close to my strength and my background. I liked the projected I did there and the co-workers were very friendly. It was my first job as a DSP/FPGA design

    Cons

    No innovation projects any more. Financial status is going to be worse for a while. The salary was not good.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Got more new projects which meeted the market preference. Gave the employees more chances to expose more newer tech stuff.
