I worked at Vector Aerospace full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Good work-life balance, minimal overtime (and fairly compensated if overtime work is involved), friendly environment, company tries to improve employee satisfaction. Good benefits package. Mentorship program for new grads.

    Cons

A bit too relaxed and tolerant in my opinion, in the sense that those who aren't performing up to par, or committed errors, are not punished. On the other hand the star performers aren't necessarily properly rewarded. Communications between departments could be better.

I worked at Vector Aerospace as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

The hours were flexible, as long as you put your time in. Interesting work, things to learn. Clean work environment.

    Cons

Low salary, but OK for an intern. Felt disconnected from upper management, only saw the CEO once, never met him personally.
