Pros – Lots of opportunity to learn and try new things. Can have an impact on the direction of work programmes.
Mostly, colleagues are a good bunch who will help each other out.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
Pros – The company is friendly + accepting
Cons – Work is repetitive, little responsibility given to team members. Workload is poorly organized and communicated.
Skills and knowledge of staff not taken advantage of.
Few development opportunities with 'promotions' being largely superficial.
Advice to Senior Management – Surely you want more from us than this?
Pros – The workers are a great bunch of people, otherwise it is just a place to earn a living.
Cons – Constant demotivation, highly repetitive work. Senior management do not appear to understand that the shareholders are not the people doing the work. Having to listen to the suits amking their announcements in "business speak" rather than using English is exceptionally irrritating too.
Advice to Senior Management – Treat your employess with the respect they deserve - remember a lot of them are probably smarter than you are. Tokenism such as summer barbecues as seen as a joke by the majority of the staff.
