Full opportunity to work as enterpreneur.
Cons
Locations are interior like mines and mills.
Advice to Senior Management
They are already doing excellent job. HZL one of the largest zinc and silver producer of world.

2) Can grow if you can show abilility to take responsibilites
3) Can become commercially astute
4) Above market average pay structures

3) Frequent transfers which can disturb family life

Develop good talent for leadership positions. Secondly, focus in recruiting right talent woth focus on values and ethics. Thirdly, HR should play an active role in balancing work life issues

No recognition.
Not much to enjoy at work until you get into mid level management.
Lot of people resign.
Pollution is worst in plants.
work location sucks.

Please take interest in new work force. They are smarter than you think they are.

work load is very heavy and trainee engineers must be given at least some time to learn things about whole plant.

Good compensation package, great place to learn, ample oppurtunities for career growth, since lot of new projects coming up, the scope for career advancement is high

The location is a problem since many of them are situated at remote places.
Work presure is high a compared to like companies

Though the top management is very agile, the motivational factors for the employees need to be understood well, work life balance should be imrpoved
