very litle career opportunity. senior leadership had no strategy for growth. company has big potential but it was not executed well and instead of resolving core problems, leadership chose to blame front line associates

Advice to Senior Management

listen to employees and develop a plan for growth. Classic case of great concept taken to the furtherest point of managements competency and then leadership being unwilling to acknowledge that the company had grown beyond their competency.

Pros

Only PC manufacturing job in Richmond, VA.

Cons

Upper management was a popularity contest. CEO did not respond well to those with more vision or capability than himself. Towing the company line was valued above innovation and dedication. CEO asleep at the wheel and would duck out for weeks at a time during tough periods.

Advice to Senior Management

Find a new CEO. Place Randall Copeland on the board or in a President's role only.
