    Pros

    Fellow team members are awesome.

    Cons

Management do not see us as human beings. We are treated like accounting robots working around the clock past midnight on several occasions during quarter-end.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees and give them recognition for the hard work they put in.

    Pros

Multiple locations accommodate a wide employee base. Interesting problems to fix that require innovative use of discrete mathematics & chemistry. Ideas for internally funded projects is encouraged and a cash reward is given.

    Cons

The venture capital owners cut corners, for example a one hour 11:30 am meeting does not include a lunch. Most mid-level engineers use a smart phone to look up an incorrect answer instead of thinking on their own and deriving the correct answer. Although Technology Transfer can spot an innovative internal project, it cannot seem to patent it or bring it to market to sell.

    Advice to Management

Reunite the SI Organization back with Lockheed Martin. Training classes in EEOC matters is critical!
