Cons – headquater in East coast and Visa problem
Advice to Senior Management – nonenonenonenone
Pros – the company helps you obtain an H1 visa if you pass the training and work for them for 5 years. They provide lodging during the training period
Cons – Training is self taught with little support from local trainers.Training takes 12 hours a day and can take between 3 to 6 months, during which time the company only covers basic living costs. The contract will tie you to Vensoft for 5 years no matter what. Your services will be sold to different companies located anywhere in the US during the 5 year contract so be ready to move a lot
Advice to Senior Management – improve the training system and get your local trainers much more involved in the process. 12-hour day training sessions is not healthy for anyone
