    Pros

Break into Medical Device Industry, begin to understand about Quality System

    Cons

Supply Chain drive instead of product drive, people tried to ignore the problem instead of thinking of solving the problems

    Advice to Management

Need to own some design products instead of just OEM

    Pros

    Can't really think of many.

    Cons

This company has people working till they can't stand it anymore. People are just dollar signs to them. They don't care about anything but profits.

    Advice to Management

They don't consider advice.....they "ask" for suggestions, but never really care about it.

    Pros

Outside of management, there are a few genuine people who work there.

    Cons

Little to no advancement opportunities and virtually no training. Employees are seen more as $ instead of people. Every 3 years or so they have a significant round of "lay-offs".

    Pros

There are no good Reasons to work here besides its a job and we all need a job to earn money for family, food... Ect.

    Cons

I am really not one to talk bad heres the truth... The people are very mean and spread rumors none of that has happened to me but walking around people it's very easy to catch when they are making fun of others, the biggest thing is the morale it's nonexsistent they treat you like dogs and the supervisers do not treat you with respect they only got those positions by kissing butt, I really dislike this place but will work to save up and while finding another job if you do have to work here please don't make it permanent because there is no growth for this job.

    Advice to Management

I would like to share advice but the truth is they just don't care they will disregard it, they were brought by a few companies and every since then it's been getting worse and worse for the employees. They also take your benifits you are left with very poor choices. They are saying we will work 12 hr days and 7 days a week.

    Pros

Hands on job where you wear many different hats. There are lots of opportunities to learn and grown but there is limited upward mobility for most people. Culture is very good in my office, with everyone being very focused on getting things done the right way. Big focus on the customer.

    Cons

A big challenge is the work load and balancing so many projects and expectations at once. Some in management understand this balancing act while others do not have much sympathy.

    Pros

There is room for advancement, friendly co-workers, comfortable offices. Most of the managers are engineers are very friendly and helpful.

    Cons

Was taken over by a larger company, lots of changes, none for the good. They don't give much training, expect you to know the job before you start, and if you make a mistake, you are loudly repremanded. HR is hard to locate, impossible to talk to. Pay is low, pay increases are non-existent, even when you have a perfect review, as I did.

    Advice to Management

You have to treat employees as people. We will give more if you treat us kinder. It is human nature. Taking away benefits after they have been earned, when profits are sky rocketting does not boost morale. Like many of my co-workers, we have had enough and are sending out our resumes daily.

    Pros

Growing industry. Company has good reputation. Deal with good customers. Work is collaborative, diverse and interesting. You will be given responsibility.

    Cons

Some positions might have limited upward mobility. Company is making some acquisitions which is positive, but this might threaten your position due to redundancy.

    Pros

Most co-workers are great to work with

    Cons

Training is poor when it occurs, managers don't hold all employees to the same standards, manager will yell when reprimanding employees, office temperatures are not regulated well - some offices are really cold while others have no air flow at all and can get very warm especially during the summer, HR is rarely available, pay is not competitive.
