Pros
Colleagues that care about the work they do.
Cons
No room for "professional development"
Company would like to treat the worker like a robot--no thought into how would a human worker like the policies the company would like to implement.
Company morale is low and no one who makes decisions cares.
Monotonous work projects.
Employee does not feel like their work is important.
Management cares only about EBITDA and will do anything possible to reach their mark, even it ruins the company.
Company is not long-term oriented.
Advice to Senior Management
Don't run the company like you are trying to sell it and if you are tell your employees that you are going to sell it. The bottom line does matter, but the employees are also important.
Pros
The workers are great to work with. They are very knowledgeable and hardworking.
Cons
They are only interested in the bottom line dollar. There is no loyalty for the workers. There is a large gap between the people doing the work and the people making the decisions. Management is laying people off with no regard to how the work of the person will be performed by the remaining staff. There is total confusion and chaos because of this. Management is only interested in cutting costs with no regard to the affect it will have on the workers or clients. Currently the daily operation of the company is in total disarray. Ultimately the customers will suffer from this and so will the client count. This company is buying up companies with no regard as to how to merge them together. The goal is monetary and there is no pride in the products that are being delivered.
Advice to Senior Management
They should respect the people that have gotten this company to where it is today. Bad decisions are being made by management who do not know the daily operations. There is no longer pride in the products being developed.
