You will learn a lot. They are well structured.

Inflexibility. When it comes to current work practices for employee satisfaction, none of those things are available here. No HR resources. If you have a problem, your pretty much on your own to fix it. No one to go to help alleviate the stress of working in difficult situations or with difficult people.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do more to incentivize your workforce. Not all things that are motivating are monetary. Spend time and train you managers to become better leaders. Not everyone who has a skill set should be in charge of other people. And if you aren't going to train the managers, then invest in someone to assist in building a supportive culture and better morale.

    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
