Current Senior Program Manager in Reston, VA
Pros – The people are great to work with in my office. They are very professional and friendly. Everyone helps each other out.
Cons – Only minorities and women have a chance to make director. There is no upward mobility past manager for white males.
Advice to Senior Management – You need to give everyone an opportunity for promotion or your best people will leave for better opportunities.
