    Pros

    Salary, benefits and pension - although pension is not now being offered

    Cons

    Workload demands - company started policy of selectively not replacing personnel who left which increased workload of those left. Workweek went for 40 to 55 hours or more.

    Advice to Management

    Focus more on your employees.

    Pros

    Salary and benefits were good, people were good to work with, the work was interesting.

    Cons

    Financial transformation required moves and office attendance. Fewer people left to do the same amount of work.

    Advice to Management

    VRD doesn't replace all PCM.

    Great company with great benefits

    Lots of transitioning and restructuring. Large move to college workforce.

    Experience matters and should be considered in the hiring process.

    Pros

    Benefits are exceptionally good. There is a cooperative team spirit in the office. It helped a lot that child care was available during school breaks.

    Cons

    Calls are scrutinized by management who work long hours and seem to enjoy the power they have.

    Advice to Management

    Consider that people don't want to be sold services when calling to question a charge. It's hard to give good service and sell services people don't want.

    Pros

    Working as a Data Communication Technician exposed me to many different Systems within the industry and interacting with a wide genre of people.

    Cons

    Due to working with many different departments it can be daunting when there is a task to be done and no one can give you any positive answer.

    Advice to Management

    In regard to this nothing comes to mind at this time.
