Baltimore, MD

Former Employee – worked at Verizon Wireless full-time for more than 7 years

ProsGood benefits and decent money, paid holidays & time off, lots of room for advancement

ConsNot a ton of support & understanding. You were definitely a number in corporate world. Managers were instructed constantly on acting politically correct & caring but most were bad actors. You were moved to any location within 50 miles on a whim. Lot of unnecessary and time consuming "checking" and initiating.

Advice to Senior ManagementWhen ur employees are struggling or expected to do too much, fight for them...... Corporate management, listen to your managers..... Most of you have ur degrees in running companies but don't understand what it's like to work in a store

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
