    Pros

The obvious one is the pay. They are more than generous, and from a quota standpoint, they are fair. Lots of opportunity to advance if you play their game.

    Cons

If you start in retail it is hard to break free from that. Not a ton of opportunity unless you really stand out. If so, you have plenty of options.

    Advice to Management

This is a company that relies heavily on growth. This pressure comes from the top down and gets heavier each level down. By the time it reaches the individual store level it can be overwhelming. Managers, don't let the pressure you feel cause you to transfer it onto those under you. Remain focused on building a strong sales team and doing things well to see results.

  2. Good Company to work for lots of training and good benefits
