    Pros

Great company to work for great benefits, nice pay and bonus. Great employees and Leadership[.

I have been working at Verizon Wireless full-time

    Pros

great benefits, helpful transition coaches, great mentoring. great pay. highly competitive place to work and great recognition for what you do on a daily basis.

    Cons

not enough training before we get put onto the phones, i would love a few extra weeks of training for future reps before they throw us on the phones.

    Advice to Management

advice to the management is to just make training longer and to praise us for what we do right and not put down for what we do wrong.

I have been working at Verizon Wireless full-time

    Pros

Great pay and great atmosphere. Love working here with the different bonuses and yearly raises. Very fast paced so you need to be very efficient.

    Cons

Work most weekends and holidays. To many politics in moving up in the company. Things are always changing; hard to get everyone on the same page with all of the changes.

    Pros

Absolutely a great position and company. Been with them for over 6 years now. Pros about this job are great flexability with schedule, excellent pay and benefits, and constantly moving. You are a rep for many different locations who sell verizon wireless products and have a chance to interact with many different people of varying degrees of knowledge and ability. You empowered to treat this job as your own business and run it as such both in how you manage your territory and develop your reps.

    Cons

A lot of time on the road, and always on call. The job is about relationships built with the retailers you support and being available is key to keeping those relationships strong. It isn't so much of a con if you like what your doing, but being available 100% of the time can take its toll on some people.

    Advice to Management

A little more training for people entering the position intitially. While everyone is extrememly eager to help, some structured training around systems would be great.
